This licence applies to the 'Software Products', Code1 144 bit Visual Basic version, Code256 256 bit Visual C++ version and Code512 512 bit Visual C++ version, Code64 64 bit Visual C++ Version, Code64 64 bit Linux Version of Random Byte Encryption software.

You should read carefully the following terms and conditions before using this software, especially the sections on liability and warranty.

By downloading and/or using this software you are acknowledging that you have read this licence agreement and disclaimers of warranty and liability, and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions.

LICENCE AGREEMENT

The licence agreement grants you the following rights.

Freeware. The 'Software Products' are 'Freeware'. You may download and use this software free of charge.

Licence. The 'Software Products' are licensed and not sold. You are granted the right to use the 'Software Products' by this licence. The 'Author' specifically retains the title to the 'Software Products'.

Use. You may install and use the 'Software Products' on any number of computers (including but not limited to PC's, mainframes, minicomputers, network servers). You may make any number of copies of the software.

Distribution. You may make as many copies of the 'Software Products' and any documentation as you wish and give exact copies of the 'Software Products' to anyone. You may distribute exact copies of the 'Software Products' and any documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.

Not for Resale. You may not resell, ask for donations for, or otherwise transfer for value the 'Software Products'.

Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the 'Software Products'.

Separation of Components. The 'Software Products' are licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated.

Rental. You may not rent or lease the 'Software Products'.

Copyright. The 'Software Products' are protected by United Kingdom copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions. All title and copyrights in the 'Software Products' (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and 'applets' incorporated into the 'Software Products'), any accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the 'Software Products' are owned by the 'Author'.

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, the 'Author' may terminate this Licence Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the 'Software Products' and all of their component parts.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The 'Software Products' are provided 'as is' and are 'used as seen'. No expression as to fitness of purpose is made.

The decision as to whether to use these 'Software Products' is yours alone.

By choosing to use the 'Software Products', you accept full responsibility for any liability arising out of their use. You are liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, any damages arising under negligence, any consequential damages whether foreseeable or not, any economic loss, and any other liability and damages due to any cause arising from using or obtaining the 'Software Products'.

The 'Author' accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any liability, arising out of you obtaining or using the 'Software Products' You assume the entire risk of obtaining and using the 'Software Products'.
